Former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci anticipates the US will introduce crypto-friendly regulations by November. Scaramucci, founder of SkyBridge Capital, expressed his views at the Digital Assets Forum in London and elaborated in an interview with the Financial Times.

He believes that politicians seeking re-election will propose positive crypto legislation to avoid opposition from the crypto industry, which will likely occur before the congressional Christmas recess. Scaramucci predicts that this legislation will be introduced in November. Although he supports a pro-crypto administration, Scaramucci has been critical of former President Donald Trump, who had issued an executive order aimed at establishing policies to support digital assets in the US. Scaramucci also criticized Trump's official memecoin, TRUMP, calling it 'bad for the industry' due to its potential to scare people and give the impression that the industry is a scam.

However, he noted that the memecoin's launch demonstrated the capabilities of the Solana blockchain, which could be beneficial for tokenizing bonds or stocks.
