Solving Ethereum's Fragmentation Issue

The ERC-7683 standard, proposed by Across and Uniswap Labs, aims to address this issue by enabling Web3 apps to execute complex cross-chain transactions as a single user request, simplifying the user experience and facilitating seamless interactions across the Ethereum ecosystem.
