CoinDesk Unveils Consensus 2026 in Miami
CoinDesk has officially announced that Consensus, a premier crypto conference, will be held in Miami, Florida, in 2026. The event, scheduled for May 5-7, will take place at the Miami Beach Convention Center. As the longest-running large-scale crypto event, Consensus is renowned for bridging the gap between various industry stakeholders. Since its inception in 2015 in New York City, Consensus has evolved, adapting to the pandemic by going virtual before relocating to Austin, Texas, in 2022, 2023, and 2024. This year, CoinDesk successfully hosted its first Consensus in Hong Kong, drawing over 10,000 attendees. The upcoming Consensus 2025, set to take place in Toronto from May 14-16, promises to be a flagship event, featuring prominent speakers such as Eric Trump, Charles Hoskinson, and Sergey Nazarov, with an expected attendance of up to 15,000 participants. Consensus Chairman Michael Lau expressed enthusiasm for the 2026 event, stating, "Miami's status as a leading tech and crypto hub, combined with its vibrant culture, strategic location, and international connectivity, makes it an exceptional setting for innovation and collaboration. Consensus in Miami will serve as a pivotal meeting point for innovators and leaders, facilitating significant conversations and business opportunities." Tickets for Consensus Miami are slated to go on sale during Consensus 2025 in Toronto.
