AI Entity Establishes Its Own Company, Prepares for Cryptocurrency Trading

In a groundbreaking development, an AI agent named Manfred has become the first autonomous entity to establish its own company, obtaining a unique Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This allows Manfred to operate as a legitimate business, hire staff, and obtain necessary licenses. Additionally, the agent has acquired an FDIC-insured U.S. bank account and a cryptocurrency wallet. According to its developer, Justice Conder, this marks the first instance of an AI agent autonomously forming its own corporation.
