Crypto Conference at Trump's Mar-a-Lago Club to Feature Mike Tyson, Tether CEO, and Cathie Wood
This Saturday, a private conference hosted by U.S. President Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida will bring together prominent figures in the cryptocurrency space. The event boasts an impressive lineup of speakers, including boxing legend Mike Tyson, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino, and Ark Invest founder Cathie Wood. Also participating are Alchemy CEO Nikil Viswanathan, Anchorage Digital CEO Nathan McCauley, and investor Anthony Pompliano, among others. The conference, limited to the top 297 holders of the $TRUMP meme coin, aims to explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency. As part of Trump's efforts to support the digital asset industry, the event has drawn significant attention. Notable attendees from traditional finance include Tim Draper and Grant Cardone, as well as author Tony Robbins. This exclusive gathering marks the second time Trump has hosted such an event, with the previous one sparking controversy and concerns over potential conflicts of interest. Since taking office, Trump has shown support for various crypto-related projects, including the $TRUMP and $MELANIA meme coins, which have been linked to his public profile and those of his family members. Despite their initial success, these tokens have experienced significant declines in value, with the $TRUMP token falling around 97% from its peak and the $MELANIA coin dropping roughly 99%.
