Donald Trump Hosts Elite Crypto Conference with Mike Tyson, Tether CEO, and Cathie Wood as Keynote Speakers

This weekend, a prestigious group of cryptocurrency leaders, investors, and public figures will assemble at a private conference hosted by US President Donald Trump at the Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida. The event, touted as the 'most exclusive conference globally,' commenced with a speech by Bill Zanker, co-founder of the $TRUMP meme coin, followed by an appearance by boxing legend Mike Tyson. Other notable speakers include Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino, who will discuss the connection between financial inclusion and the global role of the US dollar, and Ark Invest founder Cathie Wood, who will explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency alongside Alchemy CEO Nikil Viswanathan. Additionally, Anchorage Digital CEO Nathan McCauley will participate in a panel on the current state of crypto and equities markets, while investor Anthony Pompliano of ProCap Financial will also take the stage. The lineup further features traditional finance investors such as Tim Draper and Grant Cardone, as well as author Tony Robbins. As part of Trump's broader efforts to support the digital asset industry since his return to the White House, this conference is limited to the top 297 holders of the $TRUMP token. The event marks the second time Trump has hosted such a gathering, which has previously raised concerns among Democratic lawmakers regarding the President's potential profit from his own crypto token while advocating for legislation to support the industry. Since taking office, Trump has endorsed several crypto-related projects, including the $TRUMP and $MELANIA meme coins, which have generated millions of dollars in revenue from transaction fees for entities linked to Trump and his family. However, the $TRUMP token has declined by approximately 97% from its peak, while the $MELANIA coin has dropped around 99% after a brief surge.
