Top Crypto Figures to Speak at Trump's Elite Conference
A notable gathering of crypto industry leaders, investors, and public figures is scheduled to take place at a private event hosted by US President Donald Trump at the Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida. The conference, dubbed 'the world's most exclusive,' commenced with Bill Zanker, co-founder of the $TRUMP memecoin, and was followed by boxing legend Mike Tyson. Other esteemed speakers include Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino, who will discuss the connection between financial inclusion and the US dollar's global role, as well as Ark Invest founder Cathie Wood and Alchemy CEO Nikil Viswanathan, who will explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency. The event will also feature a panel on the state of crypto and equities markets, with Anchorage Digital CEO Nathan McCauley and investor Anthony Pompliano of ProCap Financial in attendance. Traditional finance investors, including Tim Draper and Grant Cardone, and author Tony Robbins, will also participate. The conference is part of Trump's broader efforts to support the digital asset industry since his return to the White House. Attendance is limited to the top 297 holders of the $TRUMP token, a meme coin launched in his name. This event marks the second time Trump has hosted such a gathering, which has raised concerns among Democratic lawmakers about potential conflicts of interest. Despite this, Trump has continued to back various crypto-related projects, including the $TRUMP and $MELANIA meme coins, which have generated significant revenue from transaction fees. However, the $TRUMP token has fallen approximately 97% from its peak, while the $MELANIA coin has dropped around 99% after a brief surge.
