Donald Trump Hosts Elite Crypto Conference with Mike Tyson, Tether CEO, and Cathie Wood as Key Speakers

A prestigious group of cryptocurrency leaders, investors, and public figures will convene at a private event hosted by U.S. President Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida. The conference, dubbed the 'most exclusive in the world,' commenced with Bill Zanker, co-founder of the $TRUMP meme coin, followed by boxing legend Mike Tyson. Other notable speakers include Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino, who will address the intersection of financial inclusion and the U.S. dollar's global role, as well as Ark Invest founder Cathie Wood and Alchemy CEO Nikil Viswanathan, who will explore the convergence of artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency. Anchorage Digital CEO Nathan McCauley will participate in a panel discussion on the state of crypto and equities markets, alongside investor Anthony Pompliano of ProCap Financial. The lineup also features traditional finance investors Tim Draper and Grant Cardone, as well as author Tony Robbins. This high-profile gathering is part of Trump's broader effort to support the digital asset industry since his return to the White House in January 2025. The event is limited to the top 297 holders of the $TRUMP token, a meme coin launched in his name. Trump has previously hosted a similar dinner, which sparked protests and concerns from Democratic lawmakers regarding his potential profit from the crypto token while promoting legislation to support the industry. Since taking office, Trump has backed several crypto-related projects, including the $TRUMP and $MELANIA meme coins, which have generated millions of dollars in revenue for entities linked to him and his family. Despite this, the $TRUMP token has fallen approximately 97% from its peak, while the $MELANIA coin has dropped roughly 99% after a brief surge.
