Tom Duff Gordon, who served as Coinbase's vice president of international policy for nearly four years, has made the move to a new role. He is now heading the EMEA Policy division at OpenAI, as stated by a Coinbase representative. Prior to his tenure at Coinbase, Duff Gordon spent 8.5 years working in banking at Credit Suisse. His expertise lies in crypto regulations, and he had recently highlighted the issue of UK banks restricting access to compliant services for millions of customers due to their failure to differentiate between low-risk, FCA-registered firms and higher-risk operators.
