Following nearly four years at Coinbase, Duff Gordon has joined OpenAI as the head of EMEA Policy, as stated by a Coinbase representative. Prior to his tenure at Coinbase, Duff Gordon spent 8.5 years working in banking at Credit Suisse.
He was unavailable for comment at the time of inquiry. As an expert in cryptocurrency regulations, Duff Gordon had previously highlighted that UK banks are inadvertently restricting access to lawful and compliant services for millions of customers by failing to differentiate between low-risk operators registered with the Financial Conduct Authority and those posing a higher risk.
