With existing institutional traction, including users like SBI Holdings, Zand Bank, Archax, and Guggenheim Treasury Services, the connection to Boundless provides these users with a previously unavailable path to privacy. The development is particularly timely given the current discussions around blockchain cryptography, with Google's quantum computing paper prompting a reevaluation of cryptographic assumptions. As zero-knowledge proofs are built on different mathematical foundations and are considered quantum-resistant, the addition of this infrastructure positions the XRP Ledger to build on more durable cryptographic foundations.
