Reclaiming Profitability: Strategy Jumps 8% as Bitcoin Surpasses $77,000

Bitcoin, now at $78,095.39, has made a decisive move past the $77,000 threshold for the first time since its sharp decline on February 5, when it plummeted to around $60,000. This upward surge has bullish implications for Strategy, the largest public bitcoin holder, which is now in the black with its bitcoin assets, given an average acquisition price of $75,577. With an 8% gain, Strategy is also trading above its 200-week moving average, a key long-term indicator. Since its early February low, bitcoin has rallied over 25%, now exceeding its 100-day moving average of $74,774. The previous attempts to break through this level were met with rejection, lending credibility to the current upward momentum. Prior to this, bitcoin touched $76,700 on February 4 before continuing its downward trend, and a subsequent attempt to recover on March 17 stalled at $76,013, making the current breakout past $76,300 particularly significant.
