This is due to the fact that XRP's architecture allows for key rotation, enabling users to change their signing keys without having to move funds. Additionally, XRP's escrow feature provides an extra layer of protection by using logic rather than cryptography to prevent withdrawals until a specified time has passed. A recent audit found that around 300,000 XRP accounts, holding 2.4 billion XRP, have never sent any funds and are therefore quantum-safe by default.
In contrast, Bitcoin's lack of key rotation and larger number of vulnerable accounts make it more susceptible to quantum attacks. While Bitcoin developers are working on proposals to develop quantum resistance, XRP's existing features may give it an edge in terms of security.
